Robert (Rob) Laird is an accomplished R&D executive with over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, spanning both large public companies and startups. Renowned for his ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software systems, he has a proven track record of driving innovation and bringing transformative technologies to market. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Pacific and completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Program specializing in Driving Disruptive Innovation. He is also an accomplished inventor, holding over 40 patents.

Device usage in all surgical procedures should be guided by the clinical judgment of an adequately trained surgeon.
