With over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive, Jim Alecxih is a recognized leader in driving transformative growth and innovation in the medical device industry. He has earned a strong reputation for his exceptional leadership across early-stage, high-growth, and industry-leading organizations. Jim has held a variety of roles in the medical device industry with companies such as Johnson and Johnson, ViewRay, ViveBio, and DH Medical. He was an early commercial leader at Intuitive Surgical and helped develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the da Vinci Surgical system. During his 15-year tenure at Intuitive Surgical as Senior Vice President of North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand, Jim led the company through a period of expansion, from first revenue to $1.8 billion annually. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LeTourneau University.

Device usage in all surgical procedures should be guided by the clinical judgment of an adequately trained surgeon.
